Brasher Country Master Hiking Boots

Are Brasher Women’s Country Master Hiking Boots Still A Long-Term Option?

Brasher Women's Country Master Hiking Boots

The Brasher Country Master Hiking Boots are an interesting choice for any woman in need of a strong walking boot that isn’t a unisex option.

The style is close to unisex but there are plenty of aspects to the shape and fit that make this a women’s shoe.

It seems like it should be a reliable option for long-term use. Is this the case?

The Pros and Cons of this Brasher Women’s Country Master Hiking Boot.

Pros:

  •  The nice mix between a clean women’s boot and rugged hiking boot
  •  Strong uppers and other aspects that should last
  •  Comfort out the box for most users

Cons:

  •  A few rare comments about the sizing
  •  There have been occasional issues with the lace-up closure

The Brasher Country Master Hiking Boots are an attractive option that appears to be built to handle tougher walks.

This shoe is a more rugged women’s boot that mimics other styles. At the same time, it does this while still looking attractive and not too masculine.

There is only one colour available, but it is a warm tan with brown accents and branding. There is a higher heel than some other walking boots, but still a good amount of grip on the outsole.

The star here is the premium leather upper, which should provide plenty of support and waterproofing. You also get a lace-up closure to the ankle via metal hooks, a PU footbed with cushioning, and an E-vent system for breathability.

This should be fine for walks in the summer months. There is also high praise for the immediate comfort and long life span, with a couple of people saying their old pairs lasted 20-25 years.

Criticism is rare with this Brasher Country Women’s Hiking Boot, aside from some sizing and minor faults.

a few comments about the sizing and them running narrower than expected, but this is rare. Then there are those that highlight issues with parts coming away, such as the D-rings for the laces.

This method of securing the boot isn’t the most effective and breakages are possible.

But, these issues also seem to be rare. This brings us back to that idea of a shoe that could last for many years as long as wearers take good care of them. 25 years is never a guarantee, but it does seem to be a strong possibility.

Does this lack of negativity mean that these Brasher Country Walking Boots are highly recommendable?

While some of the comments about loops coming off might suggest a decline in quality, it seems more likely that these issues are rare faults. Therefore, these Brasher boots should still be the tough, reliable option for women that are loyal to this brand.

The design and use of materials are ideal for long walks and rougher weather. At the same time, you still have a nice smart design that isn’t too masculine.

The Brasher walking boots are a great pick for those that want great comfort and support for many years to come.
